James Moody - Tu Share

I had a long conversation with James Moody, the founder of Tu Share, this morning which was extremely interesting and helpful.  He shared with me a number of personal insights into the challenges of setting up a sharing platform and his ideas for the future of Tu Share.He and his partner spent 10mths coding the platform before it was released for a cloased testing period and then finally to the public.  It is still a work in progress.The key things he told me to remember are to assume that no one reads anything and nothing is obvious!He encouraged me to get back in touch with him in a month or so to discuss the courier service situation further.I am not able to share his ideas here due to their confidential nature but lets just say it could be a very nice solution to my problem of getting goods from A to B in a cheap and easy fashion.
